About:

Evan Nicole Bell is a songwriter, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, producer, and Columbia, Maryland native (she is a proud graduate of Wilde Lake High, Wilde Lake Middle, and Talbott Springs Elementary, as well as Duke University). After going viral on X (formerly Twitter) for her cover of Albert King’s Crosscut Saw, Evan gained an international fanbase of music lovers for her zealous acoustic fingerpicking, electric guitar riffs, and sultry, mezzo-soprano voice.

Evan's videos have been viewed over 7 million times across social media platforms, and her half-hour Public Radio Music Day live session was featured on the front page of NPR Music. Her 7-piece live band brings her stunning arrangements to life, bringing joy and entertainment to audiences of all ages.

Evan delivers an energized live performance, from her blues-rock-driven covers to her soulful, lyrically captivating ballads. Her songs are currently in rotation on 100+ radio stations throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and Asia and were selected by world-renowned blues guitarist Joe Bonamassa for placement in four of his curated Spotify playlists featuring “the best blues rock of all time.” Her voice and style have been compared to Amy Winehouse, Tracy Chapman, and B.B. King.

An artist with a two-pronged vision for both sustaining the timeless blues repertoire and forging a distinct path forward, Evan combines elements of pop, rock, funk, soul, and blues in her music. She is the sole songwriter (except on blues covers) and producer of her songs.

Evan released her debut EP, Runaway Girl, on January 11, 2024!
