Evan Nicole Bell's videos have been viewed over 10 million times across social media platforms, and her half-hour Public Radio Music Day live session was featured on the front page of NPR Music. Bell transcends genres, weaving a tapestry of blues, folk, pop, rock, soul, and Americana in her music, showing appreciation for the foundational genres on which she got her start while at the same time forging her own unique path forward. A true multi-hyphenate, she is the sole songwriter and producer of her songs, playing every instrument except for the drums.

Bell’s passion for music began with studying piano, fingerstyle acoustic, and classical guitar in her adolescence. However, it was in 2018, when her mother gifted her an electric guitar, that her passion for music and songwriting skyrocketed. Armed with her trusty new Les Paul (named Stormy), she immersed herself in the study of music theory, voice, guitar, and the blues—eventually leaving her job as an educator to pursue music full time.
Beyond her musical endeavors, Bell is an award-winning documentary photographer and has shown two solo exhibitions of her work. She has a B.A. from Duke University and a graduate certificate from the University of California, Berkeley Goldman School of Public Policy.
